The Candidate

Technical Degree from a recognised university
Our client requires a highly experienced, driven & motivated Sales Manager with vast experience on work winning within the construction industry in the Gulf.
At least 10 year’s experience in sales within construction with experience in the gulf. Proven track record is a must.
The ideal candidate will come from a construction background with knowledge/ experience of the precast industry with tier 1 companies, preferably international recognised.
You will be confident in dealing with the client, managing a diverse workforce of 9 staff and various nationalities. Must be commercially astute and be able to act under pressure to deliver.

established for over forty years, with a portfolio of iconic projects throughout the year


  • The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for marketing and sales of all products
  • You will be responsible for all sales matters until the project is handed over to the Project Department
  • Overall responsibility for marketing and sales
  • Developing strong client relations
  • Business development
  • Value, submit and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure the requirements of the department to carry out the company targets are determined and provided
  • Project the market demand and prepare yearly sales budget for the company
  • Lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets
  • Survey the market requirements and advise the company of new products
  • Ensure the clients requirements are met and survey the client’s satisfaction level
  • Support GM with improving of work processes, setting best practice standards and times
  • Budget planning and control. Setup required reports for the top management
  • Upgrading bench-marking and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Other work as assigned by the General Manager
